App Stack

An app stack is everything installed on top of the base store platform: email and SMS, reviews, page builder, helpdesk, analytics, and the rest. A good stack covers each job once — overlapping apps mean double subscriptions and double maintenance. Most operators audit the stack quarterly, because unused apps quietly bill and can slow the storefront.
