Abandoned-Cart Flow
An abandoned-cart flow is the automated email/SMS sequence a store sends when a shopper adds items but does not check out. It is usually the highest-ROI automation a new store turns on, because intent was already proven. A typical flow is two to three messages over 24–48 hours; every serious email platform ships a prebuilt version.
